Checkbox Customer Satsifaction Survey
Guys,
I'm looking to implement a style similar to the one you used for your customer satisfaction surveys. If I remember correctly, it's a white background with a centered table with a solid outline.
Can you provide me with some pointers or a xml sheet?
Thanks.

I spoke with the sales team about this style. They are not able to send an export of the style because it is company branded. They have provided the following steps which can be used to create a similar looking style.
How to create a custom branded style similar to Checkbox Customer Satisfaction Surveys:
1. Go to the 'Styles' Menu
2. Select Fonts & Colors tab
3. Under 'Body Styles' select White as your Background Color
4. To add a watermark or background graphic, select 'Background Image' and upload
5. The Heater & Footer tabs allow you to upload other images or text to appear on each page of your survey. We used this area to upload the Checkbox Logo as the Header and current copy write as the footer.
6. Once you have customized your main style template, return to Survey Editor, select the survey you want to apply the style to, and select 'Style' from black menu bar 7. Select your style template from the drop down menu 8. To customize the layout of your survey page, select 'Edit Page Layout' and 'Choose a Template'. We have used 'Autocolumns' in our survey.
9. Rounded corners - Yes
10. Background Color - Leave blank
11. Border Color - Select color to appear as a thin frame around your survey 12. Click on the green & white check icon beside 'Choose a Template' to replicate this style throughout your survey.
13. Save and close.
