Problem with invitation

Hello,
I have a problem with the invitation for survey.
When I try to send an invitation, i don't have any error, but Ultimate Survey can't send the invitation email.
Why ??

When you try to send, does Ultimate Survey report a failure or not? There may be an issue with your mail server configuration, such as wrong server name or wrong port. Another possible error is that Ultimate Survey uses anonymous connections to the mail server, and your mail server may not be configured for anonymous relaying.

If you have the option, you may wish to consider upgrading to Checkbox. Among other things, Checkbox provides more details on invitation failures and also allows for authenticated SMTP connections.
