    Default Number of responses not matching!

    Here is what the Report Manager indicates about a survey:

    Name/#Responses/#Incomplete/Active
    Survey1/10/7/Yes

    So, you would think that the total number of respondents is 17. However, if you click on Responses to view them, you get a total count of 21 responses!

    All the responses have documented IP addresses, however 4 don't have a username. The incomplete number matches what the Report Manager indicates, which 7. That leaves the question of where did the number of responses (10) come from? And how do you actually get the accurate number of responses?

    Hani,

    In Ultimate Survey, the complete count and incomplete count fields are actually static fields in the the database that are incremented and/or decremented when a survey response is completed. Occasionally they get out of sync, especially if the survey has been edited.

    The View Response details screen and survey response exports show the correct number of responses.

    Please note that this isssue has been resolved in Checkbox.
