Discrepancy in responses count.
Hi, appreciate if you can assist on this question I have.
In the Report Manager of Ultimate Survey v3.0.7, I notice the # Responses column is showing as 1. But when I export out the responses in .csv file, there are actually 17 responses with the completion date and time in the 'Ended' column. These 17 responses are 'completed' but why is the count not showing correctly in the # Responses column? Anyway to resolve this? Thanks!

In Ultimate Survey the response count is a database field which is incremented/decremented rather than a count of the number of entries in the responses table. There is a bug in Ultimate Survey 3.0.7 would could result in this field not being incremented.
In Checkbox the response count is calculated each time it is needed and as a result can not become out of sync.
