Import email addresses from Outlook

Has anyone found a way to select email addresses from Outlook for inclusion in the distribution list? I don't mind typing a few email addresses, but large distributions would be a pain. Right now I create a distribution list in Outlook and then export this list to a CSV file, then I can cut and paste this list into Ultimate survey. This seems cumbersome.

This is not a feature of either Ultimate Survey or Checkbox. I will open a developer tracker item for your request. Please note that Ultimate Survey is no longer supported, if the feature is added it will only be in Checkbox.
