Electronic mail sent between users of the internet based on a pre-conditioned action. If a respondent’s answer(s) match a specified pattern, an email alert can be sent to the survey creator or user. For example, if a customer responds that they are not satisfied with an organization’s customer service, the survey can be set to notify the customer care team for a follow-up.
