Guide to Roles in Ultimate Survey Enterprise Version 3 and above

User Administrator - Is allowed to create and edit users
Survey Administrator - Can create and deploy surveys
Respondent - Can respond to surveys
Report Viewer - Can view reports that they are given permission to view Report Administrator - Can create reports for surveys they are given permission on
Survey Editor - Can create surveys but not activate them or control the permissions of them
Group Administrator - Can control user groups
