feature set that's upgradable to Workgroup or Enterprise Edition,
CHECKBOX® Professional gives you everything you need to get started.
Our easy to use, web based, survey designer will have you creating
surveys in minutes.
Available as a hosted annual subscription or a perpetual
server license.
CHECKBOX® Professional is offered in two formats:
- Server License: Installable software
for use on your own Windows / Microsoft .NET based web server.
This is a perpetual license (meaning you can use it forever) and
includes support and updates for one year. Additional
years of support and maintenance may be purchased at any time.
- Hosted Subscription: Hosted on our servers,
CHECKBOX® hosted subscriptions require zero infrastructure on
your end. Hosted subscriptions are typically one year in
length, with the option to extend for additional years.
