allow you to automatically trigger customized messages, actions, or
images based on a respondent's answers or attributes. This can be
tremendously useful in creating a custom experience for the respondent
or alerting key players to critical survey responses or thresholds.

Display Items
Display Items are items that are shown to the respondent but do not
allow the respondent to enter answers. For example, you can:
- Display a simple message to the respondent

Report Items:
Report Items present individual and/or summary responses to the
survey. For example, you can:
- Display a list of responses to a question
- Display/Show a report or provide a link to a report
- Display the survey response or a link to a separate page to
view the survey response
- Display a graphical summary of answers
- Display a tabular summary of answers
Action Items
Action Items perform actions such as sending email or gathering
external data. For example, you can:
- Display a hyperlink or automatically redirect to a specified
URL
- Send an email message Email a copy of the survey response to
specified recipients
- Capture external values and store them with the answers to
the survey
- Update the respondent’s user profile
Completion Items
Completion Actions allow a number of events/actions to be
triggered on completion of a survey. For example, you can:
- Display a message or image to respondent
- Display a list of responses to a question
- Display the survey response of a link to a separate page to
view the survey response
