Checkbox Survey: Question Libraries
With Checkbox Survey's Question Libraries functionality, questions can
be organized and stored for reuse in future surveys. This feature
provides survey creators with the ability to "Add Item from Library", as
well as the ability to add a question to a library. In addition,
question libraries can be exported to an XML file and shared across
installations of Checkbox Survey.

Minimize Repetitive Data Entry
Commonly used questions or rating scales can be stored in libraries
to eliminate re-creating them from scratch each time they are required.
Keep Data Consistent
Frequently used data, such as employee names and office locations,
can be stored in a common database to eliminate double-entry and ensure
consistency across all surveys. Please note that survey items do not
reference the library automatically.
Free Prebuilt Libraries
Checkbox Survey has (available upon request) a number of commonly
used Question Libraries, including demographic, employee feedback, and
customer satisfaction libraries.
Control the Security
Set your library as private or public access to easily control who
can and cannot access your libraries.
