Checkbox Survey’s reporting functionality features a 100% web based interface for creating reports and exporting data. Our high capacity analysis engine can analyze data from surveys of any size and has the ability to produce beautiful, fully branded reports
using pie charts, line and bar graphs, table summaries, and cross
tabulations. Reports can be saved and run as often as necessary, and are kept secure using Checkbox’s built in User Management functionality.
Checkbox Survey also has a built in data export feature, which allows users to export results into other commonly used analysis programs, including Microsoft Excel, SPSS, Crystal Reports, or any other package that supports CSV file formats.
View Live Summary Statistics
At any point in time, users can run reports that tally the total number of collected or in-progress responses.
View and Edit Response Data
View each individual survey response, including closed and open-ended
response details, the time and date stamp, the elapsed response time, and
any hidden items used. You can also edit or delete the response if
necessary.
Create New Reports with the Report Wizard
Checkbox’s built in Report Wizard quickly generates reports using the selected graph
or summary types and styles for each item in the selected survey.
Create Customized Reports
Using either a new report or a template, users can create customized reports by selecting the item(s) to analyze, setting filters, and selecting an output format (chart/table/detail view).
Create Professional Charts and Graphs
Checkbox includes a variety of charting formats, including pie charts, line graphs, bar graphs, column graphs, and donut charts. Each chart type has a variety of customizable options, including the ability to enable 3D, change colors and fonts, and configure the data display (percentages, summary, averages).
Chart styles can be saved and applied to all charts in a report, saving the
administrator valuable time.
Perform Calculations
Checkbox Reports can easily calculate and display averages (for ratings
scale and matrix ratings questions), cross tabulations, and totals.
Data Filters and Manipulation
Report Administrators can create filters based on an answer to one or more questions, a user attribute, or date and time.
Filters can be applied at both a report and item level. Users also have
the option to delete bogus responses, apply question or answer 'aliases'
for simplified viewing, and hide user information on reports.
Export Data
Export data for further analysis into other programs, including Microsoft Excel, SPSS,
Crystal Reports, or any other package that supports CSV file formats. Data may also be imported into other database systems.
Set Security Options
The survey administrator has the ability to determine who has access to each report. Options include public access, password protection, user list, or group based permissions.
Embed Report Items in a Survey
The survey administrator has the option to embed a report or chart item into any survey. This allows respondents to see summary results while they are taking the survey or
upon completion.
