Fully Customizable Style Templates
Checkbox allows for full customization of almost every aspect of the survey's appearance, including fonts, colors, images and more. Everything is handled via the web-based administration tool. Styles
can be saved and used over and over for a consistent look and feel.
Custom Branding
Add custom branding, your company logo, or links in the header and footer of the survey.
You can even customize your survey's background with a company watermark
or other image. You can also remove all Checkbox logos from your survey
footer to complete your custom look.

Use a simple web-based interface to pick colors and fonts for the various survey elements.
Customize Survey Items
Stylize your survey by adding borders, customizing the size of your
open ended text boxes, or arranging questions in rows or columns. You
