Survey Design

From laying out your survey's core structure to deciding on question types and style options, your consultant will help you design the most effective and efficient survey to meet your needs and goals.

Survey Creation

Your Checkbox Full Service consultant will work with you to launch your survey within the Checkbox application. Your survey will be thoroughly reviewed, tested, and revised (according to the terms of your contract) to ensure proper functionality and customer satisfaction.

Survey Management

Upon completion of the survey design and creation, our services staff can help you send customer invitations and track responses. If given user profile data, we can customize invitations and track responses according to specified user attributes.

Report Generation & Management

Once your data has been collected, your Checkbox Service member will be able to generate a custom designed reports package, which can be accessed online and exported into a CSV file for use with other applications.

Training

Checkbox Full Service can deliver a variety of training resources, depending on your organization's size, time and space constraints, and budget. Options include documentation, webinars, instructional videos, and personal training sessions.
