Support for Checkbox Online (included)

Support is available to all Checkbox Survey Online customers for the term of the hosting agreement. Support is included in the price of the Checkbox Online hosting fee and includes the following:

• Free product updates
• Unlimited phone support (Professional and Unlimited accounts only)
• Unlimited web-based support
• Access to Community Forum & pre-recorded training videos

Plus Support for Checkbox Server (optional – see pricing)

Plus support is renewed annually and includes:

• Free product updates
• 4 phone support incidents
• Unlimited web-based support
• Access to Community Forum & pre-recorded training videos

Premium Support for Checkbox Server (optional – see pricing)

Premium support is renewed annually and includes:

• Free product updates
• Unlimited phone support
• Unlimited web-based support
• Access to Community Forum & pre-recorded training videos
