First and foremost, we hope that you, your teams and your families have been staying well. We extend our best wishes to all of our customers, but especially to the essential employees of our healthcare and government clients.
These last weeks have certainly been an adjustment for us, as they surely have been for you. All of our employees have transitioned to working from home. Our offices are closed and will remain so until state and local officials indicate that it is safe to reopen. Fortunately, as a software company with a focus on mobile technologies and a pre-existing, flexible work-from-home policy, this transition was fairly seamless. Our sales and support staff are able to access all necessary systems remotely, as well as take and make calls using a mobile-accessible, cloud-based phone system. You may continue to contact us through our regular communication channels during our business hours (9am – 5pm ET).
The only significant change we have made to our normal operating procedures is to move to a “request a call” system for phone support so that we are better able to monitor and queue all incoming support requests. You may request a call from a Checkbox support agent by logging into the support system and choosing the “Request a call” option. Otherwise, all interactions with our team should be “business as usual” as we continue to develop our hosted and on-premises products and provide account management and support services to new and existing customers.
In addition to providing our regular account management and support services, we are also looking at additional opportunities to assist and support our customers during these challenging times. We are ramping up our efforts to expand our online documentation resources in order to provide our customers with more self-service options for education and training. We are also offering free additional user licenses for current clients who need to expand their use of Checkbox during this work-from-home period (contact our sales team to inquire).
